Lian Li is known for the high quality of its products and especially for the cases. We received today some pictures of the new case, Alpha 500, that will be launched soon. Here they are:

Lian Li Alpha 500
The case appears to be a full tower ATX, and sports 3 120 bright RGB led fans on the front. Since the trend lately has been to go with glass panels, Lian Li does not disappoint and provided the Alpha 500 with 3 tempered glass panels, one in the front and 2 for the sides.

The interior looks incredibly spacious and well organized with even a cover for the separate power supply area, which will receive part of the airflow from the lower front fan. Alpha 500 will support full ATX motherboards allowing up to 8 PCI slots. There are also 2 vertical PCI slots for those who like to put their VGAs on riser cards. This is a very cool feature.
Cable management will not be an issue, since the cables will be hidden behind by a vertical panel. Even if it cannot be seen in the photos we received, we suspect a 3 x fan radiator can be installed on the top panel as well.

The left side of the Alpha 500 is where all the storage is to be installed: we can spot a 2 bay 3 1/2″ mounting cage on the bottom with quick toolless release and holes fr the installation of even more hard disks on the back of the motherboard tray. The installation of the HDDs will be possible with antivibration grommets, and the case can hold up to 5 additional SSDs or HDDs.
We have not received yet availability details, since the Alpha 500 is still in the final phases of development. We do have, though, an indication of the price, but mind you, this is only a hint: ~ 175 $ USD. Pricey, but on par as other high quality Lian Li products.
We will update this post as soon as we have more details.
